Interior Projects
Every project starts from the same questions: how a person moves through a room, what the light does at four in the afternoon, which material rewards being touched a thousand times. The answers differ every time, because no two buildings hold light the same way and no two clients live the same life. What carries over is the rigor, not the result. What it produces is a space with tension in it: rough against refined, historic against new, held in balance rather than resolved into a single note.
RESIDENTIAL
Vintage sits beside custom pieces, rough plaster against polished stone. The friction between the pieces is the point, and it's what keeps a house from reading as a scheme.

Each property is drawn from its own place: the city's history, its materials, its culture, so the experience couldn't be lifted and set down anywhere else.
