Peacock, the hotel’s main restaurant, brings together pattern, color, and pieces from different origins to create a richly collected interior. Vintage ceramics and patterned textiles mingle with antique Turkish and Scandinavian rugs, giving the space a sense of history and character while maintaining an easy, informal atmosphere.
A monumental tile wall anchors the restaurant, composed of deadstock designs sourced in Portugal and arranged with the varied rhythm of a patchwork quilt. Beyond the main dining room, a private space is reached through the wine room, creating a more intimate setting within the restaurant.
